    標題: 一般垃圾中資源垃圾種類與含量之探討
    Study on Composition of Resource Garbage in Municipal Solid Waste
    垃圾物理組成採樣分析為規劃垃圾回收、貯存、清理及再利用政策不可或缺之資料,其中物理組成又可進一步分析屬基管會公告應回收項目(容器類與物品類)、執行機關應回收項目、執行機關自行增加公告應回收之項目,為了了解我國垃圾中資源物種類及含量,本研究針對家戶垃圾清運車輛進行採樣,共計七個縣市政府23處採樣地點,總共為46點垃圾樣品。樣品採集後於實驗室中之以物理組成分類細項總共為44類,由採樣分析結果評析垃圾中可回收資源物、廚餘及一般垃圾之含量,供主管機關擬定推動資源回收工作政策之參考。研究結果發現南部縣市垃圾中應回收廢棄物含量平均達42.35 %,最大為雲林縣44.99 %、最小為台東縣36.16 %,一般垃圾含量平均達57.65 %,最大為台東縣63.84 %、最小為嘉義市54.92 %,其中屬基管會公告應回收容器類平均6.30 %,最大為屏東縣8.66 %、最小為嘉義縣3.33 %,屬基管會公告應回收物品類平均0.07 %,最大為雲林縣0.06 %、最小為嘉義市0.00 %,屬執行機關應回收項目平均9.87 %,最大為嘉義市11.02 %、最小為台東縣8.76 %,而屬執行機關自行增加應回收平均26.11 %,最大為嘉義縣28.05 %、最小為台東縣22.51 %。由上述結果可知目前垃圾中可回收物比仍高,未來資源回收工作仍待積極推動,減少一般垃圾之處理量及促進資源永續循環。
    Sampling and analysis of the physical composition of garbage is indispensable information for planning trash recycle, storage, cleaning and reuse policies. Furthermore, the physical compositions of garbage can to evaluate the recycle efficiency of recycleable wastes announced by RFMB and executive institudes. In order to understand the recyclable and contents of municipal Solid waste in Taiwan, this research will mainly investigate on household garbage trunks. There are 23 sampling locations in seven counties and cities located at southern Taiwan and 46 garbage samples. After collected, the samples will be classified into 44 items, which are based on physical composition in the lab. Based on the results of sampling analysis, the contents of recyclable resources, leftover and trash, can be used as a reference for the competent authority to formulate policies to promote resource recovery.The results showed that the average content of recycleable waste in the southern Taiwan is 42.35 %, with the maximum of 44.99 % in Yunlin County, and the minimum is 36.16 % in Taitung county. The average content of trash is 57.65 %, with the maximum of 63.84 % in Taitung County, and the minimum 54.92 % in Chiayi city. However, the average of the containers announced by RFMB to be recycled is 6.30 %with the maximum of 8.66 % in Pingtung County and the minimum 3.33 of % in Chiayi County. The average of the objects to be recycled announced by RFMB is 0.07 % with the maximum of 0.06 % in Yunlin county, and the minimum of 0.00 % in Chiayi city. The average content of the items to be recycled announced by EPA is 9.87 % with with the maximum of 11.02 % in Chiayi city and the minimum of 8.76 % in Taitung County. The average of the items to be recycled announced by the implement is 26.11 % with, the maximum of 28.05 % in Chiayi County and the minimum of 22.51% in Taitung County.In conclusion, this research shows that the proportion of recyclable garbage among trash is quiet high currently, which means it is necessary to promote the recovery efficiencies of recyclable wasts in the future.
