    標題: 四重溪溫泉水位升降與抽水量關係之探討
    On The Relationship Between Water Level And Withdraw Volume In Sizhongxi Hot Spring
    四重溪溫泉區溫泉井數量多、密度高、長期過度集中抽取,在多井抽水干擾的影響下,勢必造成抽水糾紛。因此,溫泉井的水位是監測的首要目標,且要解決溫泉水抽取所產生的問題,必須先了解水位變動。目前四重溪地區已建有5口監測井,井中有常設的水位及水溫監測儀器,而於106年4月底在大山及公共浴室抽水井加裝智慧水表,監測水位與抽水量可作為溫泉資源開發潛能評估和屏東縣政府歷年抽水量的重要依據。 本研究的重點為水位升降的控制因素,例如:抽水量(水位降)、降雨(水位升),並探討總量管制與水權核發的應用。水位監測數據為本計畫產生,抽水量為屏東縣政府提供。 其結果發現,監測井水位升降與區域總抽水量之關係,歷年平均水位105年最低,105年水位也降最多,總抽水量以104年最高,推測可能是抽水導致水位降低的效應約延遲一年。安全抽水量(總量管制)若界定在水位不下降的情況,105年及之前水位大都是下降,106年水位顯示回升,106-105年水位回升6.1m。104年抽水量約28萬噸,次年水位下降約5m;105年抽水量約20萬噸,次年水位上升約6m;106年抽水量約20萬噸,次年水位上升約10m,因此安全抽水量可界定在20~28萬噸之間。
    The excessively extraction of hot spring water has caused the water level dropping in the Sizhongxi Hot Spring (SHS), southern Taiwan. For management of hot spring water resource there are five monitoring wells with pressure and temperature sensors installed. Smart water meters were installed in the pumping wells in Dashan and public baths at April 2017. This study focuses on the relation of water level of monitoring wells and withdraw volume of producing wells. The safe yield will be proposed based on this study. The water level data are collected from the 5 monitoring wells and the withdraw volume data of producing wells was provided by the Pingtung County Government. The results show that the withdraw volume was about 280,000 tons in 2014, and the water level dropped by about 5 m in 2015. The withdraw volume was highest in 2015 and the water levels were lowest and sharply decreased in 2016. The withdraw volume was about 204,000 tons in 2016, and the water level increased about 6 m in 2017. The withdraw volume was about 209,000 tons in 2017, and the water level increased about 10 m in 2018. I suggest that safe yield of hot spring is approximately 200,000 to 280,000 tons while the water level will not drop in the SHS.
