關子嶺溫泉區大眾池遊客泡湯行為之研究

標題:	關子嶺溫泉區大眾池遊客泡湯行為之研究 Study of Tourists’ Behavior in the Public Pools of Guanziling Hot Spring Area 臺灣溫泉資源豐富，泉質種類多樣齊全，是獨特擁有多種泉質之溫泉地。目前台灣關於溫泉區之研究，多以服務品質、滿意度、重遊意願等進行研究探討，而少見泡湯行為相關之研究。因此本研究以關子嶺溫泉區為研究範圍，選擇具有大眾池之「關子嶺統茂溫泉會館」、「景大山莊」及「儷景溫泉會館生活館」等三家業者，進行現場觀察、訪談及記錄、蒐集泡湯行為現況，最後再予以彙整、統計分析，推得成果及結論並提出可改善或應避免之建議事項。本研究觀察樣本數為620人。由研究成果顯示，大眾池消費遊客以女性居多，而結伴泡湯幾乎是家人同行的遊憩活動。遊客在泡湯時多會與家人或旁人聊天，藉此增進家人和諧氣氛或認識朋友增進友誼。若以年齡區分，20歲以下遊客偏好游泳池、水療SPA池，以玩樂為目的；21至35歲遊客偏好精油池、泥漿池及水療SPA池，以舒緩身心為目的；36至50歲遊客偏好泥漿池、常溫池、超音波池，冷熱交替泡湯，以保健身心為目的；50歲以上遊客偏好泥漿池、藥浴池、脈衝池等高溫湯池，以減緩身體痠痛、促進健康為目的，顯現泥漿溫泉在中、高年齡層較受歡迎。 Taiwan is a unique hot spring place which has not only abundant hot spring resources but also much and sound hot spring quality. The research about hot spring areas in Taiwan are more focusing on services’ quality, tourists’ satisfaction or willing of revisit, and rarely papers regarding the tourists’ consumer behavior. This study therefore choose Guanziling Toong-Mao Spa Resort, Joy-Day Villa and Rei-kei Hot Spring Resort which are three hot spring business operators located in Guanziling and all facilitied public pools as the objects of this study. Carried out the plans of sites observation, interviews, taking notes, collecting the consumer behavior while are having hot spring bathing. Put all materials togerther and analized, organized to get the research results and conclusions that lists improvable or avoidable terms. The numbers of observation samples are 620. The results show that female is the majority of tourists choosing public pools. The majority of tourists choosing public pools will chat with family and persons beside them to improve the family’s hormony or the friends with friends that just made. From the perspect of tourists’ age, the results show the tourists at the age under 20 years old prefer to choose the swimming pools and Spa pools. Tourists at the age from 21 to 35 years old prefer to soothe their mind and body to choose the essential oil, mud and Spa pools. Tourists at the age from 36 to 50 years old prefer to take care of their health and wellbeing to choose mud, room temperature and ultrasonic pools. That provide them a hot and cold alternate bath. Tourists at the age above 50 years old prefer to choose mud, medicine and pulse pools that provide a high temperature to reduce body soreness. It appears that the mud pools are more welcoming to the middl to high ages than the others.
