    標題: 國中教師出國自助旅行的旅遊動機、阻礙與偏好類型之研究
    A Study on Oversea Independent Travel Motivation , Constraint and Preference of Junior High School Teachers
    本研究旨在探討國中教師參與國外自助旅行的旅遊動機、所遭遇的阻礙與旅遊偏好型態之影響因子與交互關係,以國中教師進行國外自助旅行的經驗為實證案例。透過發放網路問卷調查法,以全台國中教師為研究對象,共回收到416份問卷,受試樣本以SPSS18.0進行分析,採用描述性統計、信度分析、相關分析、單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。實證結果:在國中教師不同背景變項中,旅遊動機在「性別」、「目前擔任職務」有顯著差異。旅遊阻礙在「年齡」、「子女數」、「最年幼子女年齡」、「任教年資」有顯著差異。而旅遊偏好類型則在「年齡」、「任教年資」、「曾經自助旅行次數」有顯著差異。而參與國外自助旅行的旅遊動機則以「逃離與放鬆」影響最為顯著。旅遊阻礙以「結構性阻礙」影響最大。旅遊偏好類型以「深度知性型」影響最大。旅遊動機中的「社交人際」與旅遊阻礙中「結構性阻礙」對於旅遊偏好類型有顯著影響。研究結論,可提供有意進行國外自助旅行者與相關旅遊從業人員業務參考。
    The purpose of the study was to examine the factors of the interact relationship on the junior high school teachers’ oversea independent travel motivation, constraint and tourism preference, as well as to take their oversea independent travel experience for example. By sending out the online questionnaire to the junior high school teachers in Taiwan, the data of 416 questionnaire in total was received. The data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe post comparison, and Regression Analysis. The results are listed as below: Travel motivation of junior high school teachers’ oversea independent travel is significantly associated with “gender” and “current position.” Travel constraints of oversea independent travel are highly related to “age”, “number of children”, “age of the youngest child”, and “years of teaching”. Tourism preference of oversea Independent travel are significantly associated with “age”, “seniority of teaching”, and “frequency of independent travel.” The most significant factor on travel motivation is“escaping and relaxation.” The most significant factor on travel constraint is “structural constraint.” And the item “type of intellectuality” is the most significant effect on tourism preference. The factor “interpersonal social” of travel motivation and the factor “structural constraint” of travel constraint are both significantly related to tourism preference on junior high school teachers’ oversea independent travel. The research conclusion has provided the information to the tourists with the intention of traveling abroad independently and the business reference to the relevant tourism practitioners.
