標題:	關子嶺溫泉區遊憩衝突與調適行為之研究 The Relationship Between Recreation Conflict and Coping Behavior at Guanziling Hot Spring Area 台南市政府為了推廣關子嶺觀光活動，於2011年取得關子嶺溫泉水權，2016年台南市政府為關子嶺溫泉取得商標註冊，並連續13年舉辦關子嶺溫泉美食節活動，營造優質的旅遊環境。自2016年遊客人數為1,415,402超過100萬人次，至今每年皆維持100萬人次以上，由於遊客數量增加，對關子嶺溫泉區的環境資源超限使用，使得遊憩活動品質受到影響。本研究為探討影響關子嶺溫泉區遊客於遊憩活動中，因遊憩衝突與調適行為之相關性，研究目的為：（一）瞭解關仔嶺溫泉區遊客對遊憩衝突因素的感受程度。（二）瞭解關仔嶺溫泉區遊客對調適行為策略的認同程度。（三）瞭解關仔嶺溫泉區遊客遊憩衝突與調適行為之相關性。本研究以「遊客個人基本資料」、「遊憩衝突」及「調適行為」三大方向問卷為研究工具，共取得有效問卷388份。所得資料以描述性統計分析、信?分析、相關分析、變異數分析及多元迴歸分析。本研究實證結果顯示遊客在關子嶺溫泉區從事觀光旅遊活動時，遊憩衝突與調適行為有絕對相關，經由多元回歸分析可以瞭解關子嶺溫泉區遊客面對同一種衝突時，所採取的調適行為策略有所差異或不只採取一種調適行為策略，故可以更明瞭遊客發生遊憩衝突時所採取調適行為方式，可提供管理單位以作因應對策。因此，為了滿足遊客觀光需求，本研究建議關子嶺溫泉區管理單位，應從以下幾方面進行改善，以?低遊客採用負面的調適行為：（一）擴大觀光活動行銷對象；（二）增加軟體設施；（三）增加遊憩衝突訴求之管道。 In 2011, Tainan City Government acquired the hot spring water rights of Guanziling Hot Spring area in order to promote tourism activities. In 2016, the government obtained the trademark registration of Guanziling Hot Spring, held Guanziling Food Festival for 13 straight years and created the tourism environment with high quality. In 2016, the number of tourists was 1,415,402 over one million visitors for the first time, and it has remained more than one million tourists each year since then. Due to increasing tourists, the environment of the hot spring area bears quite heavy loading and the tourism service quality also faces the ordeal. The current study explored the relationship between recreation conflict and conflict coping behaviors in the tourism activities in Guanziling Hot Spring. The purposes of the current study included (1) understanding the recreational conflict factors of tourists (2) understanding the coping behavior strategies of tourists (3)realizing the relationship between recreational conflict and coping behaviors. Questionnaires with 3 parts, including personal attribute information, recreational conflict and coping behaviors, were employed as the implement of the current study and 388 effective copies of questionnaires were generated. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis methods were utilized to analyze the retrieved data. The results of the current study showed that the relationship between recreation conflict and conflict coping behaviors was significant. The multiple regression analysis shows that the tourists conducted different coping behaviors when they faced the same conflict in Guanziling Hot Spring, The current study provided several strategies for the administration by understanding the tourists’ coping behaviors better. Therefore, in order to satisfy the demands of the tourists, the administration should improve the following aspects, (1) expanding the tourism market, (2) enhancing the software facilities and (3) increasing the communication channels for recreation conflicts.
