    Abstract: 本研究選用分散液液微萃取技術（ Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction ,DLLME）結合氣相層析火焰游離偵測器，應用於環境水樣中揮發性化合物之含量測定。研究中以層析峰面積值之差異探討最佳化參數，選出萃取效率最佳之條件，其中包括萃取溶劑的種類、分散溶劑的種類、萃取溶劑的體積與分散溶劑的體積之影響等。
