    標題: 以綠色工廠標章探討不鏽鋼廚具清潔生產之研究

    摘要: 近年來人類之環境保護意識抬頭,對於環保均願盡一自心力,延展到消費行為,引致多樣「綠色商品」相繼推出。究其源由,商品產自工廠,故工廠之環保綠色化即漸受重視。綠色環保化係指調製後之製程與原始製程相比,對於環境相對友善且低污染,於是「綠色工廠」概念就此誕生。臺灣業已晉身為開發國家,對於環境保護、整治技術以及污染預防之作為,已晉純熟並足以做為開發中國家之學習對象。
    本論文之個案公司為泰不鏽鋼有限公司(Thai Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.),其主力品牌為Seagull廚具,研究期間引用經濟部工業局綠色工廠標章一般行業清潔生產評估系統評估指引,為Seagull公司之工廠做定量指標量化評估,內容依照區域性質分為三個部分:(一)Seagull總部數據蒐集與彙整、(二)Seagull工廠佐證資料確證、(三)將數據進行分析,以供企業未來對於永續發展之決策。
    本次研究成果顯示,Seagull公司之綠色指標分數分別如下,2015年:原物料使用量2分、能源消耗量0分、溫室氣體排放量0.87,總得分為2.87。2016年:原物料使用量2分、能源消耗量0分、溫室氣體排放量0,總得分為2。2017之原物料使用量2分、能源消耗量3分、水資源消耗量2分、事業廢棄物回收再利用0分、溫室氣體排放量3,總得分進步至12分。顯見該公司與本研究團隊合作,依照期程調整公司生產營運策略,已逐年朝向綠色工廠邁進,亦證實我國之綠色工廠標章系統,可以有效的運用在開發中國家之基礎製造產業。
    In recent years, people's awareness of environmental protection has risen, and eagerly devoted in environmental protection. Consequently, various of "green goods" had been introduced to modern markets. As all products are derived from factories, greener and environmentally factories were readily under demands. Those factories referred to the more friendly and less pollution to the natural environment within the production processes. Therefore, the concept of the "Green Factory" was evolved. Taiwan has been a developed country for years, its great efforts on environmental protection, remediation technology and pollution prevention were qualified to be the exemplar of developing countries.
    The case of this research was the green factory evaluation of Thai Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. Its major brand was Seagull kitchenware. During the studying period, the evaluation system was quoted from “Green Factory Standard-General Industry Cleaner Production Evaluation System”, by Industrial Bureau of Ministry of Economic Affairs. And then the system was adjusted to provide quantitative indicators for Seagull's factory. The quantification contents included three sections: (1) data collection and revision in Seagull headquarter, (2) data verification and confirmation with Seagull factory, (3) data analysis, and introducing the results for decision-making in sustainable development of Seagull's future.
    The key result of this study, the index scores, showed that, in the year of 2015: raw material usage was 2 points, energy consumption was 0 point, greenhouse gas emissions was 0.87, and the total score was 2.87 points, in the year of 2016: raw material usage was 2 points, energy consumption was 0 point, greenhouse gas emission was 0 point, and the total score was 2 points, in the tear of 2017: raw material usage was 2 points, energy consumption was 3 points, water consumption was 2 points, waste recycle and reuse was 0 point, greenhouse gas emissions are 3, and the total score was promoted to 12 points. It’s obvious that under the cooperation with our research team, Seagull has improved their operation and production strategy and moved forward to green factory. It also revealed that the green factory label system of Taiwan was suitable for the primary production companies of developing country.
