    Abstract: 在臺灣，「五癀散」是重要的民間藥方，具有清熱解毒、抗菌消炎、消腫止痛等作用，常被用於治療感染性疾病所致的發熱和伴隨的病理改變(包括各種毒性反應)，如疔瘡癰腫、腸炎、闌尾炎…等各種疾患。依先前之研究發現五癀散中虎咬癀及柳枝癀其抗菌消炎活性較佳，在本子計畫中選取此二種民間藥用酒精抽提後，建立其簡易之層析指紋圖譜。
