    Title: 台北市某家醫科診所之糖尿病患者藥物使用調查
    The investigation on Medications Usage of Diabetes from a Family Medicine Clinic in Taipei City

    Abstract: 世界衛生組織2016年報告指出全世界約有4.22億人患有糖尿病,是全球性的重大健康議題,而臺灣糖尿病盛行率及疾病醫療負擔皆高於全球,其中第二型糖尿病患者更占全世界糖尿病患者90%,這個全球性的健康議題,將造成醫療系統沉重的負擔,而藥物治療、飲食管理及規律運動之生活方式已被證明有效治療第二型糖尿病的策略,因此深入了解糖尿病人用藥問題有助於提供建議及改善血糖控制成效。
    本研究以新北市某家醫科診所103~105年的病歷資料庫,針對20~99歲8個年齡層年齡及性別之第二型糖尿病患者,分別使用各類口服降血糖藥物,進而探討第二型糖尿病患服藥遵從性與慢性處方之相關性回溯性研究分析,以SPSS /12.0 統計軟體研究變項描述性統計分析及使用ANOVA執行資料檢定分析。
    研究結果顯示,195位受診20~99歲二型糖尿病患者中以萬華區佔最多,由年齡分層區中,以50~59歲第二型糖尿病患者男性佔最多,佔57%,從資料推斷男性就診比率最高。另外,糖尿病藥物中以Metformin 500mg使用最多,使用總數129人中,男性佔最多,佔60%,統計分析結果皆無統計學上顯著差異。各項資料顯示男性患者皆比女性多,進而推斷男性對藥物的遵從性較高、而持續性回診開立處方的病患也較能有效控制血糖。
    The World Health Organization's 2016 report pointed out that there are about 422 million people with diabetes in the world, which is a major global health issue. The prevalence of diabetes and the medical burden of diabetes in Taiwan are higher than the global, and the type 2 of diabetes patients account for more 90% of the world's diabetes patients, this global health issue will cause a heavy burden on the medical system, and drug therapy, diet management and regular exercise lifestyle have been proven effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, so deep understanding of diabetes the problem of human medication helps to provide advice and improve the effectiveness of glycemic control.
    This study used the medical record database from 103 ~ 105 years in a medical clinic in New Taipei City to use various kinds of oral hypoglycemic drugs for patients with type 2 diabetes of ages and genders from 20 to 99 years old. Retrospective analysis of the association between medication compliance and chronic prescription for type 2 diabetes, descriptive statistical analysis of SPSS /12.0 statistical software research variables and data analysis using ANOVA.
    The results showed that among the 195 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were diagnosed with 20 to 99 years old, Wanhua District accounted for the most. Among the age-stratified areas, men with type 2 diabetes mellitus aged 50-59 years accounted for the most, accounting for 57%. It is concluded that the male patient ate is the highest. In addition, Metformin 500mg was the most used in diabetes drugs, and the total number of 129 patients, among them, male was the most, accounting for 60%. There was no statistically significant difference in statistical analysis results. The data showed that there were more male patients than females, and it was concluded that males had higher compliance with drugs, and patients who continued to return prescriptions were more effective in controlling blood sugar.
