Practice regularly through their harmonious rhythm and breathing, Has the promotion of metabolism, Improve the level of body and mind and the effect of nourishing. Soothing and healing can also be achieved by bathing in SPA. This study is intended to understand whether there is a synergistic effect by combining dynamic Aikido exercises with static SPA bathing.
In this study, we first selected the technique of relaxing physique and muscles from the Aikido exercise. In order to relax the body and mind, as a soft body exercise before bathing in the SPA, then bathing in the SPA. Physical and mental health is the goal of modern people. It is now simple to select four assessment items: blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen and softness of Physical fitness. Through twelve experimental subjects, the experiment was carried out according to the above method, and the experimental subjects were measured before exercise, after exercise, before bathing, after bathing, etc., Then, the measurement data was analyzed to examine the effect of the Aikido soft exercise to link the bathing behavior on the physical and mental health measurement data.
According to the results of this study, it is known that the Aikido soft exercise is performed before the bathing, and the warm tap water and SPA are bathed. The heartbeat measurement results show no difference, but the blood pressure and blood oxygenation items are significantly different. Both baths have significant improvements in softness.
