四、高職餐旅群學生安全衛生認知、態度與行為等三個項量之各分項量均有顯著相關性，且呈現正相關。 The purpose of the study was to investigate the Relationship between the Cognition, Attitude, and Behavior of the Safety and Health for the students of the Hospitality Group in the vocational high school. It analyzed the differences of the cognition, attitudes and behavior of the safety and hygiene based on the background of the different students. At the same time, to find out the relationship between the above-mentioned three factors.
In order to reach the study goal and purpose, literature reviewing and related theories researching were utilized to set up the study framework and theories. Moreover, to examine the fact that different students of the division would have differences of the cognition of safety and hygiene, attitudes and behavior by taking the Touriusm Division to be the Control Group. According to the questionaires issued, 317 were vaild samples. The collected data was analyzed with the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation. Then they led to the following conclusionsl:
1. The students of different Division of Subjects had great different cognition of the safety and hygiene.
2. The students of different Division of Subjects and numbers of the License had highly different attitude of the safety and hygiene.
3. The students of different parents’ education degrees and numbers of the License had highly different behavior of the safety and hygiene.
4. For students of the Hospitality Group in the vocational high school, the cognition, attitude and behavior of the Safety and Hygiene were highly correlated in a positive way.
