本次研究為監測與評估內科病房、配膳室及污物室生物氣膠污染狀況，瞭解不同時段細菌種濃度變化及環境影響因子與殺菌後細菌種變化之關係，殺菌設備於不同消毒劑時，測量空氣及非生物體物體表面消毒效果，做為場所後續室內空氣品質以及非生物體物體表面改善參考。研究結果顯示，夏季應用0.3 mg/m3二氧化氯單次消毒法對總細菌及真菌平均殺菌率為45.9％、雙次消毒法平均殺菌率為32.0％、連續消毒法平均殺菌率為32.1％，應用0.3mg/m3弱酸型次氯酸水單次消毒法對總細菌及真菌平均殺菌率為41.9％、雙次消毒法平均殺菌率為65.5％、連續消毒法平均殺菌率為378.8％；冬季應用0.3 mg/m3二氧化氯單次消毒法對總細菌及真菌平均殺菌率為31.6％、雙次消毒法平均殺菌率為55.2％，應用0.3mg/m3弱酸型次氯酸水單次消毒法對總細菌及真菌平均殺菌率為36.9％，雙次消毒法平均殺菌率為51.2％，因此，由平均殺菌率來觀察發現夏季建議用.3 mg/m3弱酸型次氯酸水雙次消毒法殺菌效果最佳，而冬季建議用0.3 mg/m3二氧化氯雙次消毒法殺菌效果最佳。弱酸型次氯酸水與二氧化氯消毒劑應用於非生物體物體表面，對表面進行持續消毒殺菌作用，消毒時間在5秒鐘時消毒效果達到最佳。 This study was to monitor and evaluate the bioaerosol contamination in medical wards, dietician room and soiled linens room for understanding the relationship among bacterial concentration changes, environmental impact factors and bacteria species change in different time periods. This study also evaluated the disinfection efficiency of air and non-biological object surface when different disinfectants were used by sterilization equipment., which can be a reference for the subsequent indoor air quality and improvement of the surface of non-biological objects Results showed that by using 0.3 mg/m3 of chlorine dioxide in summer time, the average bactericidal rate of total bacteria and fungi with single, double and continuous disinfections were 45.9 %, 32.0 % and 32.1%, respectively while those were 41.9 %, 65.5 % and 37.8 % , respectively, by using 0.3 mg/m3 of weak acid hypochlorous water. In winter, the average bactericidal rate of total bacteria and fungi with 0.3 mg/m3 of chlorine dioxide were 31.6% at single disinfection mode, and 55.2 % at double disinfection mode. Those with 0.3 mg/m3 of weak acid hypochlorous water were 36.9 % at single mode and 51.2 % at double mode. Therefore, it can found from the average bactericidal rates that it is recommended to use 0.3 mg/m3 of weak acid hypochlorous water acid water at double disinfection mode in summer, and 0.3 mg/m3 of chlorine dioxide at double disinfection mode. Results also showed that the highest disinfection efficiency occurred at 5 seconds when applying weak acid type hypochlorous acid water and chlorine dioxide disinfectants to the non-biological surfaces.
