    摘要: 校園防火避難認知由基本知識瞭解到設備使用,看似平常,但從瞭解知識到會使用設備,再到設備放那裡及使用時機卻甚少人充分瞭解,軍訓教官擔任校園安全維護工作及緊急事件之處理工作,其每日工作就是走動式管理進而瞭解校園內相關危害因子做好風險管控工作。惟軍訓教官對防火效能認知並不全然瞭解,本研究目的在於探討軍訓教官對防火效能認知、安全知識、設備操作技能及自我效能。
    本研究採用問卷調查統計分析。研究之成果為軍訓教官對校園防火避難自我效能,探討軍訓教官對防火避難的認知,問卷經過專家效度,預試後修正定稿,各層面信度cronbach's alpha係數分析結果為0.891,並以SPSS21.0進行各變項之描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析及線性迴歸分析。
    研究結果得知:1.軍訓教官在防火避難認知層面、設備有效性認知層面及自我效能間關係達顯著水準。2.利用線性迴歸分析,在「防火避難認知」的標準化迴歸係數β值為0.495,P < 0.001,「設備有效性認知」的標準化迴歸係數β值為0.349,P < 0.001,解釋百分比為58.3 %,迴歸模式可建立有效且理想的預測模式,顯示軍訓教官有相關防火避難的知識,足以擔任教學工作,若針對學校的消防設備使用方式,增加演練次數及防火管理員訓練,即可提升防火避難演練之最佳效益。
    Campus fire prevention and refuge awareness from the basic knowledge of the use of equipment, seemingly ordinary, but from the knowledge to the use of equipment, to the equipment where to put it and the time of use is rarely fully understood, military training instructors for campus security maintenance work and emergency The daily work is the walking management to understand the relevant hazard factors on the campus to do risk management and control. However, the military training instructors do not fully understand the fire performance. The purpose of this study is to explore the military training instructors' awareness of fire performance, safety knowledge, equipment operation skills and self-efficacy.
    This study used statistical analysis of questionnaires. The result of the research is the self-efficacy of the military training instructors on the fire prevention and shelter of the campus. The military training instructors' awareness of fire prevention and evacuation is discussed. The questionnaire is expertly validated and revised after the pre-test. The reliability of the cronbach's alpha coefficient is 0.891, and SPSS21. 0 Descriptive statistics for each variable, independent sample t-test, single-factor variance analysis, correlation analysis, and linear regression analysis.
    Research result: 1. Military training instructors have reached a significant level in the relationship between fire prevention and refuge awareness, device effectiveness and self-efficacy. 2. Using linear regression analysis, the standardized regression coefficient β value of “fire prevention refuge” is 0.495, P < 0.001, and the standardized regression coefficient β of “device effectiveness cognition” is 0.349, P < 0.001, and the interpretation percentage is 58.3 %. , regression mode can establish an effective and ideal prediction mode, It shows that the military training instructors have the knowledge of fire prevention and shelter, which is sufficient for teaching work. If the fire equipment use mode of the school is increased, the number of drills and fire control training can be increased, the best benefit of fire prevention and evacuation drill can be improved.
