    Title: 金崙溫泉區土石流潛勢案例改善可行性之研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要探討在金崙溫泉區某一案例,套繪土石流潛勢區後,作為改善工程規劃研究對象。蒐集該區域基本資料、金崙溪整治方式及限制等,並探討各種整治方法的管理、應用及調整機制等,藉以綜合評估後,再提出後續之發展展望。本研究以專家深度訪談方式進行,訪談對象包含:土石流規劃、治理、保育、農村再生等單位,由10位專家提出可行之工法與設置規劃,再經3位專家進行評比,最後提出改善金崙溫泉區土石流潛勢溪流方案優先次序。
    依評比成果顯示,評選前三名分別為方案九、方案四與方案十,經比對以上三個方案顯示,規劃工程方案大都包含:上游攔砂壩,中游導流工程與下游護岸等三階段改善工程,為評比後較佳方案。
    This study mainly considers a case near Jinlun Hot Spring area after mapping the potential areas of debris flow torrent. An object of improvement engineering plan by collecting the data basic information, Jinlun River improvement methods and limits to discuss various river improvement managements, applications, adjustment mechanism etc. and propose a proposal.
    This study was conducted by expert in-depth interviews. The interviewees included: debris flow planning, river improvement, soil and water conservation, rural regeneration.
    Firstly, ten interviewees provided feasible engineering and planning methods. Then propose the priority of improvement in the potential debris flow torrent area near Jinlun hot spring area from three specialists evaluated.According to the evaluation results, the top three options are No.4, No.9 and No.10. Compared with the above three options, the engineering and planning methods mostly include three stages of improvements: upstream check dams, midstream diversion structures and downstream bank protections.
