    Abstract: 本研究將Asp/Chit/HOAc溶液加入不同比例TPP/PVP K90 溶液中,利用陰、陽離子間靜電荷相互吸引之架橋複合反應,製備帶正電荷之chitosan 陽離子聚電解質與TPP 陰離子聚電解質之含藥物顆粒。不同比例的TPP 決定藥物顆粒的物性與化性,如粒徑大小、比表面積、表面型態與藥物包埋率,進而影響藥物的釋放機制及釋放速率。
    實驗結果顯示,隨著TPP 添加量增加,顆粒的粒徑越大,比表面積越小,藥物包埋率先增加再減少。在pH2、4及7的藥物釋放模式皆屬於一級動力模式,並隨著TPP添加量增加,藥物釋放速率常數越大。
