    摘要: 薄膜技術已經廣泛運用於淨水廠,但是薄膜的阻塞一直是薄膜最大的問題,為了節省淨水廠的成本,使用許多方法恢復薄膜的通量,最常見的簡易方法就是反沖洗,但是反沖洗的效果非常有限,因此會使用化學藥劑來使薄膜阻塞通量恢復,化學藥劑的使用不但會增加成本還會衍生出化學廢棄物,所以我們希望能夠減少化學藥劑的使用,然而酵素在於清潔劑的應用上已經逐漸的穩定發展,而嗜熱菌酵素擁有耐高溫的特性,在於酵素工業上可以提高反應溫度,增大反應速度,並減少中溫型雜菌污染的機會,而這些微生物中產生的酵素具有熱穩定性好、催化反應速率高之優點,而我們發現溫泉菌TNS-3屬於Bacillus thermocatenulatus菌種,文獻上提到Bacillus thermocatenulatus菌種在於50℃下仍有良好的分解酵素活性,因此認為溫泉菌TNS-3酵素在於工業清洗膜上有很大的發展空間,而文獻指出Bacillus菌種在於藻類產生的臭味上有降解的功能所以我們決定以TNS-3酵素應用於因過濾魚塭藻水而阻塞的薄膜之清洗上。本研究探討各種不同條件下(酵素浸泡時間、酵素浸泡溫度)酵素於薄膜清洗的效能,並且去分析薄膜上之有機物的處理機制。研究結果顯示,過濾藻水阻塞之MF薄膜經過不同條件下TNS-3酵素之浸泡,薄膜之通量有明顯的回復效果。此外,薄膜的通量回復狀況隨著不同的浸泡條件下,回復效果亦不同。
    hin-film technology has been widely used in water purification plants, but obstruction on film is the biggest problem it encounter. There’s a lot of ways in order to cost effectively save and restore the film, one common method is by simple back washing but the result is very limited .Therefor, to recover the film and free it from obstruction, chemical agent can be use. Hence, the use of chemical will not only increase the cost derived from chemical waste, but we also hope to reduce the use of chemical. The application of enzyme in a chemical such as detergent has gradual and stable development, enzyme producing bacteria such as thermophilic bacteria has a characteristics that can stand in high temperature where in enzyme industries can raise the temperature which relatively increase its reaction rate, the advantage of high reaction rate are the reduction of bacterial contamination in this temperate environment and the enzyme produced by this organism ( thermophilic bacteria) are thermally stable.One common thermophilic bacteria is the TNS-3 which belong to Bacillus thermocatenulatus species. At 50 ℃, this type of bacteria has a high decomposing enzyme activity, this characteristics gave us an idea to develop a film-cleaning agent which can be used to clean blocked film from filtered algae and fish to produce odorless clean water.This study investigated various conditions (enzyme soaking time, enzyme soaking temperature) and analyze the enzyme performance in cleaning and its process mechanism on the film. The results showed that there is significant regeneration effect when the membrane filter (MF) water fluxed and obstructed with algae soaked in different TNS-3 enzymes condition. In addition, fluxed film regeneration effect is different in different soaking condition
