時代的進步與知識經濟時代的來臨，台灣職場多半工作型態從原本的傳統作業型態逐漸轉變為電腦終端機(Visual Display Terminal; VDT) 作業，使用者長時間的接觸及操作，尤其在照度不良環境下，對視覺負荷可能造成更明顯之影響。本研究目的在探討不同照度環境下，VDT作業後藉由量測閃光融合閾值(Criticl Fusion Frequency ; CFF) 及心率變異度(Heart Rate Variability ; HRV)，並結合主觀視覺疲勞評估量表，評估在不同照度環境下電腦終端機作業之視覺疲勞程度。本研究以18至24歲學生為受測者，受測對象共22人，每人受測者在VDT作業前先量測HRV、CFF及主觀視覺疲勞評估量表，之後分別在正常照明及無照明兩種環境下進行VDT作業30分鐘，之後量測一次HRV、CFF，然後再進行30分鐘之VDT作業，最後再量測一次HRV、CFF及主觀視覺疲勞評估量表。本研究顯示：在不當照明下進行終端機作業，視覺疲勞明顯高於正常照明環境下，且在CFF、HRV及主觀視覺疲勞評估量表三項量測結果，發現不當照明環境會使受測者在VDT作業中不易專注及容易造成視覺疲勞。 Owing to the progress of the science and technology, visual display terminal (VDT) tasks were commonly used in modern society. However the illumination conditions seem not good enough in workplace. Under inappropriate illumination conditions might increase the degree of visual fatigue, leading to occupational accidents or occupational diseases. In this study, the Critical Fusion Frequency (CFF) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) were measured for quantitative indicators of inferring mental activity state, in order to evaluate the effect on visual fatigue in VDT tasks under different illumination environment. 22 college students aged 18-24 participated as volunteer subjects. The experiment was divided into three stages, including before, during and after VDT tasks. Each subject were measured HRV, CFF and subjective visual fatigue assessment before VDT operation, and then in normal and without illuminations. The VDT operation was performed in two environments for 30 minutes, followed by HRV, CFF, CFD, and then 30 minutes of VDT operation. Finally, HRV, CFF and subjective visual fatigue assessment scale were measured. The results showed that the visual fatigue was significantly higher than that in the normal illumination, and the CFF, HRV and subjective visual fatigue assessment scale were found in inadvertently illumination. The subject was difficult to concentrate and easily lead to visual fatigue to undertake VDT task without illumination.
