    標題: 溫泉蛋利用行為對減少碳排放量之研究

    摘要: 台灣高溫溫泉區常有溫泉利用多元化之行為,例如:泡湯、煮食、農業灌溉、開發產品…等,以上溫泉利用行為過程中,可減少因使用煤氣、瓦斯、電力等燃料之使用,同時也減少碳排放量之產生,本研究將透過電話訪查方式得知雞蛋銷售量,利用溫泉蛋熟成時間計算電量,再推估所需電量之碳排放量。經本研究調查顯示,溫泉雞蛋銷售量最高者為金崙米之谷溫泉業者,平日可銷售400顆,假日更高達1000顆,銷量最少為金崙椰璽,金崙溫泉區假日銷售量約為平日之2-3倍。知本溫泉區平日銷售量約10-65顆,假日為20-150顆,假日銷售量約為平日之2倍。鳩之澤溫泉平日為39顆,假日為181顆,假日銷售量約為平日之4.5倍。經本研究推估,煮食一顆溫泉蛋所需碳排放量約為0.10~0.15(kgCO2e)之間。若平日天數為255天,假日為110天,可推估利用溫泉水煮食雞蛋過程,各家溫泉業者一年可以減少之碳排放量。由研究成果顯示,金崙溫泉區之年減少碳排放量可達27,982 (kgCO2e),知本溫泉區之年減少碳排放量可達7,320 (kgCO2e) ,鳩之澤溫泉區之年減少碳排放量可達4,564 (kgCO2e)。
    Taiwan's high-temperature hot spring area often use the diversification of hot springs, such as: bathing, cooking, agricultural irrigation. The development of productscan reduce the use of gas, electricity and other fuel use, also reduce the generation of carbon emissions.This study will be informed by telephone means of sales of eggs, the hot spring eggs mature time to calculate the amount of electricity, and estimate the required amount of carbon emissions.Thisstudy shows that the highest sales of Jinlun hot spring eggs for weekdays can be sold 400, the holiday is as high as 1,000, sales at least is about weekdays 2-3 times. Jhihben hot spring area on weekdays sales of about 10-65, holiday 20-150, holiday sales of about 2 times the normal day. Hatonozawahot spring on weekdays 39, holiday 181, holiday sales of about 4.5 times the normal day. The estimated carbon emissions from cooking a hot spring egg are between 0.10 and 0.15 (kgCO2e).If the number of days on weekdays is 255 days and the holiday is 110 days, it is estimated that the use of hot spring to cook the eggs process, each hot spring industry can reduce carbon emissions each year. The results show the carbon reductions of Jinlun, Chihpen and Dovezawa Hot Springs will reach 27,982, 7,320 and 4,564 (kgCO2e), respectively.
