| 摘要: | 流變學是研究測試物品流動行為與變形行為。它的應用非常之廣泛，有很多的產品運送過程的成功與失敗都和流變性質有很重要的關係，不論是在食品業、化學工業、化粧品產業、生物技術業、材料科學應用以及醫藥業影響甚距。下一段本研究藉由流變儀測試六種植物油以及市售的五種沐浴乳、五種洗髮精、五種洗碗精、五種乳液、五種護手霜、五種粉底液，探討不同產品在變化不同剪切速率及應力，比較其流變特性。第一部分油脂測試黏度性質結果大多為牛頓流體，只有棕櫚油是剪切稀化，不同比例的橄欖棕櫚混合油，比例橄欖棕櫚油1:5和橄欖棕櫚油1:3也是呈現高黏度的剪切稀化。第二部份洗劑測試剪切速率，洗髮精一致都是剪切稀化；沐浴乳因為成分複雜但仍是剪切稀化的流體；洗碗精在較高應力時顯示為牛頓流體。第三部分乳液測試、護手霜、粉底液因成分複雜剪切速率皆是剪切稀化。
