    標題: 矽油及粉體對凝膠化粧品穩定性探討

    摘要: 矽油在化粧品中主要功能係增加滑順感、清爽舒適及保濕等功能。而化粧品使用粉體的目的在於使肌膚著色、遮蓋瑕疵、吸收皮脂並增加清爽度。
    凝膠化粧品在一般消費者大眾認知上,為油脂含量極低之化粧品種類。為在化粧品劑型中尋求創新開發,在凝膠化粧品中添加矽油來增加柔滑觸感。而凝膠化粧品因大量使用高分子亦令人容易感到黏膩,加入粉體可感到清爽,降低厚實感。
    本研究主要探討矽油對於凝膠型化粧品其配方穩定性及流變行為之影響相關性。方法為使用三種不同聚羧乙烯高分子膠體Carbopol 940、Carbopol 341及Carbopol U20與五種不同濃度矽油DC200/100、DC556、TSF404、DC9041及RM2051互配以形成凝膠化粧品,其凝膠經過老化試驗後,探討其流變行為與穩定性,以瞭解不同矽油對於聚羧乙烯高分子膠體所形成之凝膠型配方穩定性與流變性的相關性,並選出穩定性較佳之實驗配方添加3%、5%及8%粉體,進行含矽油及粉體凝膠化粧品之穩定性與流變行為探討,做為開發含矽油及粉體之凝膠型化粧品參考依據。
    研究結果顯示:(1)能量不足,可能導致凝膠型化粧品穩定性不佳。(2)高分子其穩定性為G3>G2>G9。(3)矽油種類E需與高分子G2搭配為較穩定之配方。(4)矽油添加量穩定性以0.1%≒1%>10%。(5)粉體添加量穩定性以3%>5%>8%。(6)含矽油凝膠化粧品最穩定之配方為G2-E1。(7)含粉體及矽油之凝膠化粧品最穩定之配方為G9-T0.1-P3。(8)G9-D10-P8為本實驗中,應用性最佳之配方,且其經老化條件7天後可改善穩定性問題。
    本研究結果將提供給化粧品配方開發人員,作為含粉體及矽油之凝膠化粧品之開發參考依據。
    Silicone oil in the main function of cosmetics to increase the sense of smooth, comfortable and moisturizing. The purpose of the use of powder is to make the skin coloring, cover the flaws, absorb sebum and increase the degree of refreshing.

    Gel cosmetics in the general consumer awareness, for the very low oil content of the cosmetics category. In order to seek innovative development in cosmetic formulations, add silicone oil to gel cosmetics to increase the smooth touch. Because the gel cosmetics use a lot of polymers , that consumers easy to feel sticky.Add powder in the gel cosmetics can reduce the sense of thick.In this study, the relationship between the stability and rheological behavior of silicone oil for gel-type cosmetics was mainly discussed. (Carbopol 940, Carbopol 341 and Carbopol U20) were intermixed with five different concentrations of silicone oil incliding DC200 / 100, DC556, TSF404, DC9041 and RM2051 to form gel cosmetics.

    The gel-type cosmetics was passed through aging test.By observed the rheological behavior and stability to discover the good formula , and select the stability of the experimental formula to add 3%, 5% and 8% powder.After add powder in the gel-type cosmetic,I observed the rheological behavior and stability to discover the good formula.

    The results showed that: (1) If the gel-type cosmetics lack of energy. It will likely lead to poor stability. (2) The stability of the polymer is G3> G2> G9. (3) Silicone oil type E with the polymer G2 will be a more stable formula. (4) Silicone oil added to the gel-type cosmetics will influence the stability of the gel-type cosmetics. The stability of the percentage of silicone oil added to the gel-type cosmetics is 0.1% = 1%> 10%. (5) The stability of the percentage of powder added to the gel-type cosmetics is 3%> 5%> 8%. (6) The most stable formula of gel-type cosmetics containing the silicone oil is G2-E1. (7) The most stable formula of gel-type cosmetics containing the silicone oil and powder is G9-T0.1-P3. (8) The formula G9-D10-P8 is the most application formula of this study.

    Although it has the question of stability, aging for seven days could solve it. In this study, the researchers as a cosmetic for the gel-type cosmetics with silicone oil and powder research and development reference.
