    摘要: 肌肉骨骼疾病為我國目前最常見之職業疾病,各國學者專家多將「肌肉骨骼疾病」議題納入職業安全領域研究及發展重點之一,我國職業安全衛生法於2013年7月3日修正公布,而 2014年06月26日修正發佈之職業安全衛生法施行細則第九條,說明雇主對重複性作業等促發肌肉骨骼疾病之工作環境需採取預防措施,而預防措施包含分析作業內容、確認人因性危害因子等,而瞭解肌肉骨骼疾病勞工之人因性危害因子可以協助擬定合宜的政策和預防措施。本研究成果,簡述如下:NMQ問卷調查結果顯示,有48%的螺絲製造從業人員回答有肌肉骨骼不適的情況,不適部位之盛行率以「膝蓋」最高,其次為「手肘」、再居次為肩膀;另不適症狀排序由高至低分別為「酸痛」、「刺痛」與「發麻」。以卡方檢定結果顯示,身體各部位肌肉骨骼不適症狀與危害因子自覺變項具有顯著關係,如搬運頻率及搬運平均重量與身體各部位不適症狀有顯著關係,建議進行工作場所再設計。
    Musculoskeletaldisorders is one of the most common occupational diseases in our country. Scholars and experts have attached the topic of "musculoskeletal disorders" into one of the arears of research and development priorities in the field of occupational safety. China's Occupational Safety and Health Law was amended on July 3, 2013. June 26, 2014 amended the Labor Safety and Health Law issued Article 9, indicating that employers need to take precautionary measures against repetitive work and other working conditions that promote musculoskeletal disorders. Preventive measures include analysis of the contents of the work, identification of the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. Understanding the causes of musculoskeletal disorders can contribute to the development of appropriate policies and preventive measures.The results of this study are summarized as follows: the survey results of the NMQ questionnaire showed that 48% of the screw manufacturing practitioners answered the situation of musculoskeletal discomfort. The highest frequency of feeling unwell falls on knee, with elbow the next higher, and the lowest on the shoulder; the kinds of unwellness are sore, tingling, and numb, ranking from high to low.The results of chi-square test showed that the symptoms of musculoskeletal disorder in various parts of the body are significantly related to the conscious variables of hazard factors, such as the frequency of handling material and the average weight of material are significantly related to the symptoms of discomfort of various body parts.
