    Title: 七種本土菇類所含中性粗多醣體保濕效能之評估

    Abstract: 本計畫找尋七種菇類-金針菇、杏鮑菇、香菇、草菇、洋菇、木耳、秀珍菇中萃取中性粗多醣,進行保濕效性評估、抗氧化及美白測試,藉此建立一系列菇類中性多醣體數據,期望瞭解這七種菇類在化妝品上的應用。本實驗取七種菇類利用熱回流方式萃取,加入5 倍體積乙醇沉澱所得的粗多醣體。此粗多醣體透過離子交換樹脂層析清除帶電荷之多醣與獲得電中性之粗多醣體。所獲得中性多醣進行各項活性評估,在抗氧化評估上,抑制DPPH 自由基的效能並不顯著,但在總抗氧化能力(TEAC)、亞鐵離子(Fe2+)螯合能力,總多酚含量測定上草菇及洋菇均顯示優異的抗氧化效益。總抗氧化能力上洋菇和草菇均超過80%清除率;亞鐵離子(Fe2+)螯合評估上草菇與洋菇也非常優異;在總酚測定上草菇總酚含量100%、洋菇80%;抑制酪胺酸酶(tryrosinas)活性則與金針菇及木耳最為優異。經皮水分散失(TEWL)測定保濕能力結果顯示這七種菇類皆有不錯的保濕效果。綜合以上數據這七種菇類具備抗氧化與保濕效能的皮膚保養品功能性原料的潛能,應廣泛加以運用,與提昇台灣農產品之附加價值。
