Abstract:	本發明係有關於一種Ugonin化合物於抗皮膚發炎之用途，其係施予Ugonin化合物一有效劑量於皮膚，以抑制有絲分裂原活化蛋白激?(mitogen-activated protein kinase，MAPK)與轉錄因子NF-κB活性，達到抗氧化性壓力及降低發炎反應之用途；藉此，可進一步利用Ugonin化合物作為皮膚消炎劑或減緩發炎反應之化妝材料組成物或醫藥組成物 The invention relates to a use of ugonin compounds for anti-inflammation in skin by applying an effective does of the ugonin compounds to skin for inhibiting activities of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and transcription factor NF-κB to resist oxidative stress and to reduce inflammation. Accordingly, the ugonin compounds can be further utilized in manufacturing anti-inflammatory agents, or cosmetic compositions or pharmaceutical compositions for slowing down the inflammatory response.
