    Abstract: 本創作有關於一種多色多風味蛋捲結構，包括一空心長型柱體，空心長型柱體包含一第一蛋捲皮層及一第二蛋捲皮層，第一蛋捲皮層包覆住第二蛋捲皮層，且第一蛋捲皮層係以兩種以上調味食品原料混合調製構成，致使第一蛋捲皮層以複數種色彩所現；藉此，本創作多色多風味蛋捲結構可提供更多風味於單一蛋捲中，不僅增添其美味程度更具有美化之外觀。
