Abstract:	本發明係有關於一種利用聚合?鏈反應進行化粧品微生物檢測之方法，其中用於聚合?鏈反應之三組引子，可分別檢驗該化粧品是否遭到大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌及綠膿桿菌之污染，且該三組引子序列具有高度之特異性，因此具有較高之專一性，並且設計該三組引子之聚合?鏈反應產物大小不同，因此可直接由觀測DNA電泳之聚合?鏈反應產物大小分辨該化粧品遭受到何種菌種污染，且該三組引子可直接以該菌種為模板進行聚合?鏈反應，可節省抽取該菌種之基因體DNA之步驟，實為一具有高專一性功效、省時及節省成本之化粧品微生物檢測方法。
