    摘要: 本發明係有關於一種紅茄萃取物用於製備抗發炎之組成物之用途,係將一有效劑量之紅茄綠色果實萃取物投予至發炎細胞,以抑制發炎反應相關基因的表現及一氧化氮的生合成、促進第一型血紅素加氧?(HO-1)的表現,並刺激細胞外訊息調節活化激?(ERK)活化;其中紅茄萃取物係先以有機溶劑萃取,並進一步利用不同溶媒逐步劃分製得;藉此,紅茄萃取物可用於製備抗發炎之化妝原料組成物、保健食品或醫藥組成物,達到延緩或降低發炎的現象。
