Abstract:	本案揭露一種改善黑色素沉澱之絡石藤萃取物及其製備方法；其製備方法至少包括下列步驟：先將絡石藤材料以乙醇溶液萃取，得絡石藤乙醇粗萃取物；再將該絡石藤乙醇粗萃取物以乙酸乙酯/水溶液進行分配萃取，得到絡石藤乙酸乙酯層萃取物與絡石藤水層萃取物；最後，分別將該絡石藤乙酸乙酯層萃取物與該絡石藤水層萃取物進行第一與第二管柱層析，分別得到絡石藤乙酸乙酯層萃取物區分與水層萃取物區分；絡石藤萃取物具有抗氧化、改善黑色素沉澱之能力，進而利用其作為化妝材料組成物、食品添加物或醫藥組成物之用途。
