    Abstract: 本研究主要是針對龜丹溫泉地區,融入龜丹溫泉地區獨特的溫泉元素及在地食材推廣方式,藉由這份健康養生飲品食譜的設計,以問卷調查方式,提升遊客對龜丹溫泉地認識與推廣在地食材為目的,藉以提振龜丹溫泉地區觀光願景。本研究由田園素食餐廳業者針對溫泉特性,以五行相生健康概念作為訴求,設計特色飲品為隨著不同溫泉泉性,搭配當地新鮮特色食材,以求此飲品更契合當地特色。此外,本研究針對遊客與田園素食餐廳客人進行問卷調查,總計回收401份問券。由問卷統計成果顯示,非常支持與贊同五行溫泉搭配特色飲品概念,若有此特色飲品將更吸引遊客前往。
    This study is mainly directed against Guei-Dan hot spring, Guei-Dan the unique hot spring elements area and the ground ingredients promotion, by this healthful drink recipes designed to survey ways to enhance the visitors understanding of turtle Guei-Dan hot spring local ingredients and promotion for the purpose, in order to boost the Guei-Dan hot spring area tourist vision.This study by the Tian-Yuan vegetarian restaurant industry for against hot spring features five elements to the concept of health as an appeal, design features for the drinks with different hot spring resistance, with fresh local ingredients characteristics, in order to better fit the local characteristics of this drink. In addition, this study for tourists and Tian-Yuan Vegetarian Restaurant guests questionnaire, a total recovery of 401 parts ask coupons. Statistics show the results of the questionnaire, very supportive and endorses the concept of the five elements hot spring with specialty drinks, specialty drinks if this will be more interesting to tourists.
