本研究主要目的在了解一般及加護病房護理人員對安寧療護知識、照護態度與情緒障礙之間的相關情形，研究以結構式問卷針對南部某醫學中心臨床一般及加護病房護理人員進行資料收集與分析，共計回收291份有效問卷，問卷由專家經效度檢測，及SPSS 22.0進行資料處理與分析。研究結果顯示，護理人員對於安寧療護知識並不缺乏，但願意至安寧病房工作僅92人(32%)；不願意至安寧病房工作者則高達198人(68%)。個人基本變項在照護癌末病人情緒障礙及照護病人死亡恐懼整體比較上無顯著差異，但在答題細項發現「處理癌末病人的情緒對我來說是一大挑戰」、「臨床病人太多忙不來，無足夠時間照護癌末病人」等照護情緒困境中具顯著差異。死亡恐懼方面護理人員恐懼自己死亡高於恐懼自己瀕死；恐懼他人瀕死高於恐懼自己死亡、恐懼他人死亡及恐懼自己瀕死。此研究結果可作為進一步探討臨床護理人員對於安寧療護照護意願低之參考。本研究建議如下1.在職教育可增加對於死亡教育及溝通相關等方面課程以減低護理人員對於瀕死或死亡焦慮。或者可藉近年來以死亡為主題的電影欣賞，進行觀賞後分享，加入臨床心理師分析或安寧個管師討論，以減低護理人員心理恐懼。2.一般病房必須重視人力臨床護病比率，以減低臨床護理人員工作負擔，若在非安寧病房照護癌末病人，護理人員將能更多時間與病人接觸及傾聽，達到真正身、心、靈照護。 The main objective of the study and protection for general ward care of members of the healthcare knowledge, attitude and barriers between the relevant circumstances, research to structured questionnaire for the south of the medical center in the clinical and protection unit general nursing staff of information collection and analysis, a total of 291 copies to the recovery volume, as effective volume by the validity of the experts in the screening test and SPSS 22.0 conduct to deal with analysis.
