|摘要: ||本研究油脂採用肉豆蔻酸異丙酯( IPM )、辛酸葵酸甘油酯( CCT )，以及非離子型界面活性劑Brij 721/72（聚氧乙烯硬脂醇醚）、單硬脂酸甘油酯( GMS )，助乳化劑鯨蠟醇( Cetyl Alcohol )，加入不同的高分子化合物，羧甲基纖維素 ( Carboxymethylcellulose )及聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 ( Polyvinylpyrrolidone k90 )，並添加電解質( NaCl )，利用適當攪拌速度製備O/W/O多重乳液。實驗探討其流變性、zeta電位、粒徑及觀察乳液型態，評估油脂、乳化劑、助乳化劑、高分子化合物及攪拌速率等對於多重乳化之影響。
結果顯示：O/W型乳化配方CCT : IPM＝5% : 20%、乳化劑Brij 721 / 72 濃度2% 比例1 : 1及鯨蠟醇1.5%，攪拌速度6000 rpm，並添加4% PVP，所得O/W型乳化穩定性較佳。O/W/O多重乳液製備內相加入73% O/W乳液，外油相CCT與IPM 4 : 1，乳化劑GMS為2%。所得液滴粒徑小、分散性低較均一，LVE值較高，安定性佳，且屈服值較大，塗抹時延展性佳。
In this study, the use of oil, Isopropyl myristate ( IPM ), caprylic/capric triglyceride ( CCT ), the use of nonionic surfactant by Brij 721/72 ( Polyethylene glycol monostearate ), Glyceryl monostearate ( GMS ) and the coemulsifier was cetyl alcohol. The multiple emulsions were added various polymers of Carboxymethylcellulose and Polyvinylpyrrolidone ( k90 ), and it was added electrolyte ( NaCl ) and using appropriate stirring speed to prepare the O/W/O multiple emulsion. The experiment was investigated by rheology, zeta potential, particle size, and the emulsion structure observed with microscope. The emulsion was observed patterns of influence and to assess the impact of the oil, emulsifier, coemulsifier, polymer and stirring rate on multiple emulsion.The results showed that the O/W emulsion formulation were the oil of CCT: IPM = 5%: 20%, the emulsifier of Brij 721 / 72, the concentration of 2%, the ratio of 1 : 1, the coemulsifier of cetyl alcohol were 1.5%, and added 4% PVP, the stirring speed 6000 rpm on the resulting were the O/W emulsion stability are better. The O/W/O multiple emulsion was prepared includes 73% O/W emulsion, the external oil phase were used of oil was IPM：CCT is 4:1, the emulsifier of GMS with concentration 2%. The modulation emulsions were obtained the small droplet size, low dispersion more uniform, higher LVE value, good stability, and the yield stress value is large, when the emulsions are applying to skin have good ductility.
