    摘要: 「親職教育」是一切教育的基礎,亦是國家、社會進步、繁榮的根本。因此,中西方各國越來越注重親職教育的重要性。我國自古就重視親職教育,直至民國34年8月17日,教育部頒布《推行家庭教育辦法》,使我國親職教育的發展往前邁了一步。而「家訓」是代表我國古代親職教育的主要依據,而《顏氏家訓》內容完整,篇次井然,理論周備、例證切當,?事活潑,更是親職教育的代表。本論文即探討《顏氏家訓》對現代親職教育的啟示作用。 本論文首先透過了解顏之推的生平、時代背景及其思想淵源,進而研究《顏氏家訓》的思想特質。再者,闡述親職教育的理論基礎,及我國親職教育實施狀況,以整理出現代親職教育的概貌。再者,從《顏氏家訓》觀現代親職教育,析理出《顏氏家訓》對現代親職教育的啟迪。 《顏氏家訓》重視家庭教育,並強調親子的關係與教導,與現代親職教育的概念相符,二者所處時空不同,思想道理是可以相互連結或貫通。《顏氏家訓》為先人遺作,不可更改,而「現代親職教育」正在進行,本文將探討二者的相通之處,以明白《顏氏家訓》在親職教育上的意義,期待對現代親職教育有所啟發,並提供教育原則、教育態度及教育方法解決現代為人父母者教養上的難題。期待能透過《顏氏家訓》協助父母成為一個具親職效能的父母,以培育出身心健全發展的孩子。
    “Parent Education" is the foundation of all education and also a root of nation, social progress and prosperity. Therefore, both western and eastern countries are increasingly focusing on the importance of parent education. In China, parent education had been paid attention for a long time till in 1945, Ministry of Education enacted "implementation of family education approach” so the development of parent education took a step further. "Parental Instruction" is a representative of the parent education in ancient China and “Yan Parental Instruction” is the most completed, well-organized and the examples are easy to use. This study is to discuss the inspired effect on contemporary parent education by “Yan Shi Parental Instruction”. First, this study tried to research the specialty of “Yan Parental Instruction” through Yan Zhitui’s lifetime, background and thinking. Also, this reserch told the basic theory of parent education and the actual state of parent education in our country to show the whole picture of the contemporary parent education. Moreover, from“Yan Shi Parental Instruction” to the contemporary parent education, we acquired the inspiration. “Yan Parental Instruction” focused on family education and emphasized with parent-child relationship and teaching in keeping with contemporary parent education. Thought both of them are in different background, no matter thought or principle is connected. “Yan Parental Instruction” is the ancient work that we can’t alter it freely but the contemporary parent education is carrying on now. This study will research the similar points in both thoughts to find out what meaning“Yan Parental Instruction” will bring for parent education. We also expect the inspiration from it and hope that will offer the teaching principle, attitude and method to work out the problems that parents will meet in nowadays. In the end, we also look forward to see that parents will become more methodical to raise their children in well physical and psychological development throught“Yan Parental Instruction”.
