    摘要: 本研究主要目的旨在針對台灣地區溫泉??之設施規劃、環境、服務管理等軟硬體,應用分析階層程序法(Analytic Hierarchy Process; AHP)建構台灣地區溫泉??競爭力之分析指標,以評估與溫泉相關專業有關之專家學者或業界經營或管理者所重視之溫泉??經營重點。藉由AHP之相對權重之?值進?分析所得結果,可提供相關資訊做為業者未來經營管理的依據,以提昇其競爭力。根據實證分析結果顯示,受訪者對溫泉旅館競爭力最重視構面為「服務管理」,其次為「旅館設備」、「溫泉資源」,而對「環境規劃」則相對較不重視;而所有構面最重視之準則分別為「人員教育訓練管理」、「顧客關係經營管理」、「公共空間及動線規劃」、「旅館公共服務管理」、「建築量體及空間設計」。此結果可提供經營業者未來在進行投資、評估或改善溫泉旅館時,並針對專家學者重視的構面及評估準則,審慎規劃溫泉區旅館環境空間、動線及公共服務管理,同時達到溫泉旅館永續經營之目的。
    The purposes of this research is to establish an evaluation index system for competitiveness of Taiwan hot spring hotel. By applying the analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)analyzing planning, facility, environment, service, and management of the hotels, the respective importance and weight relationship of each factor can be identified. We designed the evaluation questionnaire and interviewed several experts and managers in the hot spring related fields. The results of the investigation can provide important information for hot spring hotel businessmen or managers to promote and upgrade their business, and to increases the competitiveness in the future.Based on results of the empirical analysis, we found that, “the service management” is the most important factor, followed by "hot spring facilities" and "hot spring resource", while "environment planning" is the least paid attention. Within all the factors, the most emphasized principle is “personnel education and training management”, followed by “management and operation of customer relations”, “public space and traffic flow planning”, “public service management” and “building mass and interior design”. These findings can help businessmen or investors to setup their evaluation criteria for improving the facilities and management strategies. And at the same time, by focusing and applying expert’s viewpoints, planners can produce a better design not only to meet the needs of a good hot spring environments and public service management, but also to reach the goal of sustainable development.
