Abstract:	位於台灣海峽南側的澎湖、台南、高雄三地，以其地理位置與中國大陸遙遙對望，在臺灣的開發史上，曾長期扮演海防前線的重要角色。澎湖本為大陸入台的重要跳板、素為兵家必爭之地、歷代戰事不斷，日治時期設有澎湖島要塞；台南曾是荷據、明鄭、清領時期台灣首府，史上三次攻台戰役，皆以決戰台南做為台灣改朝換代的分水嶺；高雄(打狗)崛起於清末、歷經1895年乙未日軍功臺之役，在日治晚期成為日本重要的南進基地，增設高雄要塞；在臺灣歷史的洪流中，三者休戚與共，也留下許多珍貴的戰爭遺跡與軍事地景。部分昔日門禁森嚴的軍事重地，隨著戰略部署與周邊環境的改變，陸續解除戰備任務；這些軍事相關設施，褪下神秘的面紗，以其具有軍事文化遺產的價值，被指定為古蹟或登錄為歷史建築，轉型成為新興的觀光景點。可惜的是，由於國內對於戰爭遺跡的真實性原則、以及軍事地景完整的部署概念…等尚缺乏正確認識，造成諸多軍事文化遺產出現研究考證不實、修復設計錯誤、戰爭遺跡遭抹滅、臆測復原與不當重建、…之亂象。許多歷經戰火洗禮、具有重要歷史價值的軍事文化遺產非但未能獲得應有的重視，甚至既有的完整軍事地景也因周邊區域的開發而遭分割蠶食，更凸顯相關研究之不足。本研究係以「澎湖、台南、高雄的戰爭遺跡與軍事地景」為對象，蒐集史料文獻加以解讀，並藉由GIS 與GPS 的輔助，實地進行田野調查，建置研究對象的基礎資料。以翔實之考證為基礎，結合相關戰爭遺跡與軍事地景，聚焦形塑軍事文化遺產紀念場域。期能結合「文化」與「觀光」，透過「文化觀光」的操作模式，建構兼具觀光吸引力與文化資產教育性的紀念場域深度導覽環境。 Penghu, Tainan and Kaohsiung, which are the three places located at the Taiwan Strait's south side, face Mainland China by their geographical positions and in Taiwan's development history, they once acted as the long-term strong roles as coastal defense front lines.Penghu used to be the important springboard for Mainland entering Taiwan, the element for the military commander land that must have been fought for and the place where all previous wars were unceasing and Japan had been equipped with the Pescadores forts during Japan governing period;Tainan once had been the capital of Taiwan during the period of being occopied by Holland, Zheng Chenggong and Ching dynasty, and in the history, three time battles of attackingTaiwan, all fightings decisived battling Tainan to make the watershed which changes from one dynasty to another.Kaohsiung (Da Gou) rised at the end of the Ching and after 1895 service of the Japanese military exploiting Taiwan, it became the Japanese important south bound base during the later governing period, additionally Kaohsiung fort being built; In Taiwanese history mighty current, three parties have stood together through thick and thin and also left behind many precious war vestiges and military landscape. Part of former entrance heavily guarded military bases, along with the strategic plan and peripheral environment change, one after another released duty; These military related facilities slip off in a veil of mystery and because of the military cultural heritage value, they are assigned or registered for the historical sites or historical constructions to reform to be the emerging sightseeing scenic spots. It is a pity that as the lasck of the correct understanding about domestic war vestige authentic principle as well as complete military landscape deployment concept causes many military cultural heritages to present the untruthful research reality and the mistaken repair design and it also makes the war vestige suffer being wiped and extinguished, speculates the restoration and reconstructs not properly, which have been the turbulence. Many military cultural heritages which have been repeatedly through the flames of war baptism with the important historical value not only have been unable to obtain proper respect, but also some existing complete military landscape has been suffering the division because of the peripheral region's development nibbling, which highlights the insufficiency of the related research. This research takes “Penghu's, Tainan's and Kaohsiung's war vestiges and military landscape” as an object to collect the historical data and literature and explain, and because of GIS and GPS auxiliary, it carries on the field investigation on the spot to establish the basic data of the object of study .It takes the full and accurate research as the foundation to connect with the related war vestiges and military landscape focusing and shaping the military cultural heritage commemoration field territories. It is expected unifying “culture” and “tourism through“cultural tourism”operatomg schema constructing the depth survey environment of both tourism attraction and cultural property educational commemoration field territories .
