Abstract:	本研究試圖解釋資訊通信科技（Information Communication Technology, ICT）對於越南籍婚配移民女性的社會網絡發展及社會資本累積造成的影響。ICT 的蓬勃發展，使人們能透過發佈照片、訊息及網路留言溝通，人際之間的互動因此得以跨越時空的限制，在不同的時間、不同的地理位置，創造一種共同的存在（co-presence）。婚配移民女性生活在網路普及率相當高的台灣社會中，不但利用網路和家鄉聯繫，也透過網路，尤其是新興的社交媒體，在新的國度裡發展自己的人際網絡，在線上和線下之間，ICT 或可增強、維持她們原來的連結，同時創造新的連結，形成一個在地的社群，而這樣的連結關係，可望彌補婚配移民女性稀缺的社會資本。本研究的研究問題是，婚配移民女性的社會網絡如何透過ICT 連結？在實體和虛擬網路的兩個世界之間，人際網絡連結的方向是如何？互動關係是如何？在這些社會網路中，如何創造、累積社會資本？本研究將以在台灣的越南籍婚配移民女性中的電腦使用者為對象，以深度訪談的方式進行資料蒐集，研究過程將分為兩階段: 第一個階段，希望透過參與越南移民的社團活動，尤其是社區服務的電腦教學，與研究參與者建立關係；第二個階段，則在與成員建立關係後，選定電腦教學學員為對象，進行半結構式訪談，同時以滾雪球式抽樣方法進行資料蒐集。 This study attempts to explore whether the adoption and learning ICT, such as social media, is able to help new marriage immigrant females to cross their social connection both in real and virtual world, enhance their original bonding with homelands while creating new network and form local communities. Along with the development of information communication technology (ICT), people are now able to overcome the limitation of time and location and build up the closer relationship and network. People share their co-presence through communicating online and share their lives through posing messages and multimedia files. As living in Taiwan, where the ICT has highly developed, new marriage immigrant females not only keep in touch with their original families and homelands, but also establish the local relationship and social network through the Internet, especially through social media. Therefore, this study aims to reveal (1) how new marriage immigrant females create and maintain their social network through ICT, (2) how the social relationship and network in both real and virtual world interact and influence with each other, (3) how this social relationship and network affect the social capital of marriage immigrant females. Vietnamese marriage immigrant females will be our research subjects and semi-structured interview serves as the method for data collection. We hope that the result of this study will increase our knowledge of how to assist marriage immigrant females adapt to the new lives and environment and the relationship between social media and the social capital and social network.
