    摘要: 從臺灣產權柑Citrus reticulato Blanco (Rutaceae)之果皮分離得到七種結晶, (結晶A、B. C、D、E 、 F及G),其中結晶A. B. C、D、E及F分別證明為nobiletin, ponkanetin, 5-demet-hylnobiletin, 6,7-dimethyl esculetin, 5 、 7、8、4'-tetramethoxyflavonc 及 limonin, ,而結晶G由G.C.證明為 β-sitosterol (59.85%), stigmasterol (34.28%), campesterol (5.3899) M Choi-esterol (0.453形)之混合物。
    椪柑(Citrus reticulata Blanco) (芸香科Rutaceae)之果皮為中藥『陳皮』的來源之一,具有理氣、健脾、燥溫化痰之功用,可治胸腹脹痛、嘔吐泄瀉、食慾不振、咳嗽痰多等症(1).而該植物盛產於本省中南部,取材甚易,且因往昔的研究報告(2-7)指出,產地不同時,其成分亦有變異,所以引起了筆者研究本植物之成分的興趣。期能了解本省出產之椪柑果皮之成分,乃進行本研究。
    Nobiletin, ponkanetin, 5-demethylonobiletin, 6,7-dimethylesculetin, 5,7,8,4-tetramethoxyflavone, limonin and cholesterol, campesterol, stigmasterol, β-sitosterol were isolated from the peel of Citrus reticulata Blanco (Rutaceae).
