本研究旨在探討下肢肢體障礙者(以下簡稱肢障者)對體驗溫泉休閒之溫泉環境阻礙、個人心理顧慮及體驗泡湯意願的現況，進而探討因個人背景變項在溫泉環境阻礙、個人心理顧慮及體驗泡湯意願的差異性；以及在溫泉環境阻礙、個人心理顧慮及體驗泡湯意願的相關情形。本研究採問卷調查法，編製「肢障者對體驗溫泉休閒之溫泉環境阻礙、個人心理顧慮及體驗泡湯意願之調查問卷」，包含「個人基本資料」、「溫泉泡湯休閒環境之阻礙」、「肢障者之心理顧慮」、「肢障者參與體驗溫泉之意願」等四部份。針對台灣國內溫泉環境之友善性評估，亦編製「溫泉業者建築空間及無障礙設備現況調查」問卷，將溫泉無障礙現況調查統計結果，與肢障者問卷研究做相互對照。 主要研究對象為肢障者且曾經體驗溫泉休閒活動，施測日期於2012年5月13至6月2日，問卷發出120份，回收112份，以有效問卷93份進行描述性統計、單因子變異分析及相關分析，所得結果如下：一、肢體障礙者體驗溫泉休閒之溫泉環境阻礙會因不同之個人背景變項而有顯著差異。二、肢障者體驗溫泉休閒之心理顧慮會因不同之個人背景變項而有顯著差異。三、肢障者體驗溫泉休閒之體驗泡湯意願會因不同之個人背景項而有顯著差異。四、肢障者體驗溫泉休閒之環境阻礙與心理顧慮未達顯著相關。五、肢障者體驗溫泉休閒之心理顧慮與體驗泡湯意願有顯著相關。六、肢障者體驗溫泉休閒之環境阻礙與體驗泡湯意願有顯著相關。歸納本研究結果，設計出無障礙溫泉標誌，並提供具體建議予政府相關單位、溫泉產業業者、旅行社及相關之異業企業體，及對後續研究者的建議參考。 The purpose of this study is to find out more about the hot spring experience in terms of people with lower extremity disabilities (referred as physically disabled people) concerning the following three factors: the environmental barriers, their psychological concerns, and the degree of their own volition. Further, the research provides a discussion on personal factors as a variation influencing environmental barriers, psychological concerns and the degree of their own volition. This research adopts the questionnaire survey methodology; the questionnaires consist of the following four parts: personal data, environmental barriers found in hot spring resorts, psychological concerns among physically disabled people, and the degree of their own volition. To evaluate the environmental barriers in hot spring resort in Taiwan, a questionnaire is specially designed on the space architecture in hot spring resorts and their barrier-free facilities; the statistic results found in those questionnaires were then compared with some case studies on physically disabled people. The survey was conducted between May 13, 2012 and June 2, 2012; the questionnaires were delivered to 120 physically disabled people and 112 questionnaires were collected. The 93 usable data were analyzed using items analysis, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and the results are as follows:1.The effect of environmental barriers on physically disabled people’s hot spring experiences varies greatly according to personal factors.2.The effect of psychological concerns on physically disabled people’s hot spring experiences varies greatly according to personal factors.3.The effect of one’s own volition on physically disabled people’s hot spring experiences varies greatly according to personal factors.4.Environmental barriers are NOT closely related to psychological concerns regarding hot spring experiences that physically disabled people have.5.Psychological concerns are NOT much related to one’s own volition regarding hot spring experiences that physically disabled people have.6.Environmental barriers are closely related to one’s own volition regarding hot spring experiences that physically disabled people have. The study design the sign for the disable with hot spring and presents several findings that are useful to government administrations, to hot spring resort owners, to travel agencies along with its related industries and, further, to future researchers.
