台灣擁有豐富的溫泉資源，在1998年政府開放周休二日之後，溫泉區就成了休閒觀光地，許多研究發現釋放壓力及幫助放鬆是遊客泡溫泉主要的動機，除了單純泡溫泉外，踏青登山SPA按摩等，但目前國內研究溫泉浸泡對運動後疲勞消除之效益並不多見。本研究以延遲性肌肉酸痛及肌肉軟硬度來分析，探討溫泉浸泡對運動後疲勞消除的差異。 本研究以20名大專院校學生自願參與試驗者為研究對象，利用運動後延遲性肌肉酸痛來分析評估受試者浸泡白磺泉、熱水，浸泡溫度40~41度，每次浸泡5分鐘休息1分鐘，共20分鐘，浸泡方式至腰部位置，按摩部位位於股四頭肌，時間20分鐘，探討對於浸泡、按摩後延遲性肌肉酸痛，部位肌肉軟硬度之研究。 結果顯示：透過浸泡不同泉質與按摩股四頭肌後，受測者在浸泡白磺泉及按摩後肌肉軟硬度的硬度下降皆比浸泡熱水有顯著影響。 Taiwan is abundant in hot spring resources. Since the government of Taiwan allowed people to have a holiday on weekend in 1998, the area of hot spring has been the place of leisure and tourism. It is found in many researches that the main motivation of visitors who soak in a hot spring is to release pressure and help relax except just soaking in a hot spring, visiting, and SPA. But the researches which are related to people who soak a hot spring about the effect of releasing tired after exercising is not much. In this study, we analyzed the delayed onset muscle soreness and the rigidity of muscle to discuss the difference of releasing tired after exercising when people soak in a hot spring. In this study, we take twenty volunteer junior college students as an object for study. We analyzed and evaluated the volunteers who soaked white sulfur spring, hot water. The soaking temperature was around 40 to 41℃. And the volunteers soaked 5 minutes then rested 1 minute. Massage area is located in the quadriceps, 20 minutes. The overall procedure costs 20 minutes. It needs to soak as height as people’s waist. The research is about the delayed onset muscle soreness and the rigidity of partial muscle after soaking and massaging.Results: through the soaking spring quality with different massage after the quadriceps muscle, not the participants soaking white sulfur springs and massaging muscle strength decline than soaking in hardness after hot water has a significant impact.
