| 摘要: | 由於資訊科技與醫學技術的發展，改善了技術適用性、臨床易用性與醫療照護的經濟負擔，使得許多照護組織逐漸地重視應用遠距資訊技術以增進或擴展現今病患的照護與服務。目前許多國家已嘗試將資訊科技應用在長期照護的領域，例如：生理記錄與監測、行動定位、異常狀況偵測、視訊衛教及諮詢等，展現出新的智慧型照護模式。醫護人員是第一線的病患照顧者，而醫療資訊技術人員則是系統平台的開發者，因此本論文將從醫護人員與醫療資訊技術人員的角度來評估行動式醫療資訊平台的使用意願，可以促進技術系統用在遠距照護的成功推行。本研究以南部某地區醫院的遠距居家護理人員以及醫療資訊技術人員為訪談對象，探討醫護人員與醫療資訊技術人員對於自行研發行動式遠距照護平台的可行性。經過訪談資料之語幹分析後，發現使用者電腦基本能力、使用者知覺有用、使用者知覺易用、使用者態度因素、平台基礎架構功能與服務與系統平台功能為影響行動式遠距照護平台使用的主要因素，本研究結果可提供行動式遠距照護資訊平台推行之參考。
Advancements in the realms of information technology and medical techniques have resulted in the increases of technical applicability, clinical practicality, and decreased financial burdens of healthcare, which have led to healthcare organizations placing emphasis on expanding and improving existing patient care services with telecommunication and information technology. Currently, many countries have begun to apply information technology in long-term care (LTC) in an attempt to develop a novel, intelligent care model, such as physiological recordings and monitoring, mobile positioning, detection of abnormal conditions, health education, and consultation via teleconference. Medical staff are the first line personnel responsible for patient care, and medical IT staff are platform developers. To promote the successful use of IT-based Tele-care, it is crucial to evaluate medical care and the IT staff’s willingness to employ mobile healthcare information platforms. This study interviewed the tele-household care personnel and medical IT staff of a certain hospital in Southern Taiwan and investigated the feasibility of developing their own mobile tele-care platforms. After performing thematic analysis on the interview data, it was discovered that the main factors influencing the use of mobile tele-care platforms were user’s basic computer literacy, user-perceived usefulness, user-perceived ease of use, user’s attitude, platform basic structure, and service system functions. The results of this study may be used in the promotion of a mobile tele-care information platform. |
