    摘要: 台灣的地下水使用約佔水資源之三分之一,為了瞭解與善用地下水資源,統整大量地下水及地質資訊,提供地下水資源及國土保育之依據,水文地質圖的編製乃是不可或缺的基礎工作之一。但有些問題仍缺乏詳細的數據,例如地下水的水溫在空間上及時間上的分布、補注區的邊界、河川與地下水的關係、颱風及降雨對補注的影響等問題,仍有待研究及調查。本研究的目的,應用地下水觀測網整體計畫及地層下陷防治執行計畫等相關成果,編繪濁水溪沖積扇及屏東平原十萬分之一水文地質圖,以展現地層之沉積環境及分佈、水文地層分層架構、地下水分佈及水質特徵,以提供區域地下水資源評估、開發規劃及保育管理和地層下陷評估及防治之應用。同時進行水文地質之補充調查,進一步了解更細微的水文地質特性,提供水文地質圖繪編使用。 99年度工作項目與預期成果有以下數項:(1)蒐集國內外水文地質圖,完成水文地質圖繪製規範研擬,以供後續編繪台灣地區各地下水區水文地質圖之用。(2)完成濁水溪沖積扇十萬分之一彩色水文地質圖繪編(含水文地質圖資、中英文說明書、數值資料光碟)。(3)完成彰化及雲林至少2條,地下水溫度剖面調查,以推求扇頂補注區之地下水流向。(4)完成至少6000公尺長地電阻水位測量,以釐清扇頂補注區之水位分布,地下水與河水補注之關係。(5)完成至少12個不同時段之雷達差分干涉圖、至少1個長期性雷達差分干涉圖,以分析瞭解大面積之地表變形作用,例如補注作用是否造成地層回升起扶、地層下陷的空間上與時間上的變化等。
    One of the aims is to compile the 1:100 000 scale hydrogeological maps of Choshui Alluvial Fan and Pingtung Plain according to the comprehensive inventory data from the Groundwater Monitoring Network Plan and Land Subsidence Prevention and Treatment Plan in Taiwan. The hydrogeological maps should to elucidate clearly geological and hydrological features, e.g. the distributions of formations, paleo-sedimentary environments, aquifers, groundwater flow, head, and water chemistry. The hydrogeological maps will be used as a guide for the management of regional groundwater resources, development, conservation and land subsidence prevention and reclamation. A supplementary hydrogeological investigation should be included in this project to provide data for aquifer characterization and hydrogeological maps compiling. The Expected outcomes of project in 2010 are (1) to propose a hydrogeological map compiling guideline and (2) to compile the 1:100 000 scale colored hydrogeological map of the Choshui Alluvial Fan (with maps and data, explanation in Chinese and English, digital data CD). (3) Groundwater temperature profiles, no less than 2 profiles, at least one in Changhua and one in Yunlin. (4) A total of 6000 m long of resistivity profiles to identify the distribution of groundwater table. (5) Apply the Differential Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar (DInSAR) method to detect surface displacements. Produce at least 12 interferometric images and 1 for long period.
