    摘要: 本發明係提供一種以熱裂解法製備含奈米金屬顆粒複合薄膜之製備方法,先以熱裂解法配置鑄膜溶液,其係抽取五羰鐵(Iron pentacarbonyl,Fe(CO)5)溶液加入N卷甲基2卷四吡咯酮(N卷methyl卷2卷pyrrolidnone,NMP)溶劑中,配製成五羰鐵溶液,再放置於加熱攪拌槽中,以130℃加熱攪拌至少30min,去除CO氣體,完成奈米金屬鐵溶液;接著稱取聚嗍碸(polysulfone,PSF)高分子顆粒溶於上述奈米鐵溶液中,於室溫下充分攪拌完全溶解後,靜置待鑄膜溶液中氣泡完全去除,即完成鑄膜溶液之配置;接著利用上述鑄膜溶液以乾式相轉換法製備出含奈米金屬顆粒複合薄膜。
