    摘要: 本發明係提供一種以化學還原法製備含奈米金屬顆粒複合薄膜之製備方法,先以化學還原法配置鑄膜溶液,係將氯化鐵溶入N卷甲基2卷四咯酮溶劑混合攪拌均勻,另將硼氫化鈉溶解於蒸餾水中配製成硼氫化鈉水溶液,並加入上述N卷甲基2卷四咯酮NMP溶液進行化學還原反應,反應完全後形成含奈米鐵之N卷甲基2卷四咯酮(NMP)溶液,接著取聚嗍(polysulfone,PSF)高分子顆粒溶於上述奈米鐵溶液中,於室溫下經過混合攪拌完全溶解後,靜置待鑄膜溶液中氣泡完全去除,即完成鑄膜溶液之配置;接著即利用上述鑄膜溶液以濕式相轉換法製備出含奈米金屬顆粒複合薄膜。
