    Abstract: 以簡便薄層層析法從混合製劑中分離解熱性鎮痛劑,諸如水楊酸鹽類(水楊酸、乙醯水楊酸、水楊醯胺),苯胺衍生物(乙醯胺苯酚、非那西汀、乙醢苯胺), 1,2一二氮─烯伍圜酮─〔5〕衍生物(胺基比林、安替比林、異丙基安替比林)。在此篇報告中,我們提供了一些結果和其應用。薄層層析法為玻璃板( 20x20公分)均勻塗佈以矽膠凝體( KieselgelGF254,厚度0.3公匣,經以攝氏110度1小時活化),然後用(a)乙酸丁酯 : 三氯甲烷 : 乙醚 : 甲酸( 30: 30: 40: 2)或 (b)乙醚 : 苯 : 乙 酸 : 甲醇 ( 30 : 60 : 9 : 0.5)為展開溶媒在室溫展開至14公分。在這種條件下,這些解熱性鎮痛劑可完全予以分離,並可使用濃度測定計給予定量。
    A simple thin-layer chromatogaphic method has been developed for the separation of antipyretic analgesics, i.e. salicylates (salicylic acid, acetylsalicylic acid, salicylamide),aniline derivatives (acetaminophen, phenacetin, acetanilide) and pyrazolone derivatives(aminopyrine, antipyrine, isopropylantipyrine), in the pharmaceutical preparatioat. In this paper we present the results and its applicaion.Thin-layer chromatography was carried out on the pre-coated silica gel plates(20 x 20 cm, Kieselgel GF254, thickness 0.3 mm, activated at 110℃ for 1 hr), and then were developed at room tempemture to the solvent front of 14 cm using (a) n-butyl acetate: chlorofonn: ether: fomic acid (30: 30 : 40 : 2) or (b) ether: benzene: acetic acid: methanol (30 : 60 : 9 : 0.5) as developing solvent. Under these conditions, the antipyretic analgesics studied could be separated completely and could be applied for the quantitative detennination by densitometer.
