Abstract:	本文以文獻資料法並結合橄欖球比賽與訓練實踐的心得體會，分析並概略歸納了橄欖球員的身體重心、跑技的基本特徵。一、橄欖球員身體重心的運動具有頻繁而快速變化的低重心運動的特徵。二、橄欖球員的跑技移動具有變換頻繁而快速、短促而多變的特徵。本文旨在提出橄欖球員的重心、跑技腳法訓練的有效途徑，同時為有效地進行橄欖球員，尤其是青少年橄欖球員的重心、跑技腳法的訓練提供參考依據。 By adopting literature consultation , combined with the experience of Rugby matches and training practice the basic characteristics of the movement of a Rugby Players center of gravity and Running Skill were analyzed and summed up. First ,for the movement of a Rugby Players Center of gravity it is low with frequent and rapid changes. 2. The Running Skill of a Rugby Players characterized by frequent , rapid and brief changes. The effective ways to train a Rugby Players to move his center of gravity and do his Running Skill training were put forward so as to provide gist for reference in Rugby Players Running Skill training and in moving the center of gravity , especially in adolescent Rugby Players .
