    摘要: 由於電腦科技的進步,使得虛擬實境快速發展並且已廣泛的被應用於娛樂、設計、教育訓練等領域,在虛擬實境的發展中,虛擬實境物件的建構繪困技術固然佔有主要的地位,然而如何讓使用者融入此虛擬的境況中,實賴具高效能的人機界面來達成。目前常見的人機界面多屬於視覺回授、聽覺回授等功能,對於力量與動感的回授則仍屬研究階段,在這一類力量與動感回授效果的產生與控制有很大的研究空間,值得進一步深入探討。本研究模擬飛行模擬器或觀賞特效電影時使用的動力座椅,並以影片中座椅之加速度動作,加上使用者操作搖桿改變虛擬環境影像,透過人機介面的滑軌,使操作者在虛擬環境中有身歷其境的感覺;操作者以搖桿控制虛擬場景的變化,再經由滑軌將動感回饋給操作者。本研究並提出一個新的方法如圖一所示,將搖桿所給予場景的值,透過一個類似濾波的轉換函數,將處理過的值傳給載具做動作。我們將搖桿的位移變化表現出場景的速度變化,由人的視覺來感覺移動;而加速度的感覺則需要反應在載具之上,讓操作者有加速與力量的感覺。本研究之工作包括: 透過擴增實境系統的設置與實際操作,讓使用者體驗虛擬機構設計與現實虛擬加工的結合,再輔以訪談評估其效益及改善,建立最佳的電腦輔助方式。經由研究結果歸納出以其步驟如下: 1. 虛擬機構結合現實環境,改變設計概念視覺化的呈現方式,提升使用者對產出之成本實體的感受,亦能清楚理解設計者的想法,減少設計溝通上對圖面認知上的落差。 2. 藉由卡片的方式呈現虛擬家具,進行討論,提供了良好的人機介面給一般使用者,增進設計溝通過程中彼此間的互動性,讓操作方式更直覺,提升溝通的效率。 3. 運用擴增實境輔助機構設計開發,可加速一般人在設計開發流程上的確認,並提供良好的視覺化工具進行設計的檢討,減少設計的不確定性。 4. 輔助階段以設計溝通的過程為主,輔助方式以透過卡片呈現虛擬機構,幫助檢討自動化機構設計的各個環節、組裝的方式、機構的配置與增進設計者對造形與規格的掌握。
    Due to the process of the computer science, the interest in virtual reality (VR) applications is being extended from entertainment games to new manufacturing design, education training, etc. In the development of the VR design, it is no doubt the graphic drafting of the object in the virtual environment plays the important role, however, how to let the operator feel immersed into the virtual reality depend on the man-machine interface device. In the present, to enhance the interaction between the operator and the virtual environment belong to the seeing and listening feedback property, the research of the force and haptic of the feeling sense is still investigative. In other words, the operator may simultaneously see and feel how the object behaves during the manipulation movement is more challenging. This research is focused on the aviation simulator or the power plane view of the movies, the operator feel reaction forces from the virtual environment. This way, the operator gets a feel of what is "out there" without being "there" via the man-machine interface track with the accelerative movement and the virtual object transformed by the operator; that is, the operator manipulated the joystick to control the virtual environment and the reaction feeling fed back to himself. This project provides a new methodology shown as Fig.1. The environment for the VR system is simulated by the graphic design that enables operators to feel the actual accelerative feedback from the virtual environment just as they would from the real environment. This project is proposed to include: 1. The presentation, combined with virtual mechanical design and real environment, changes the traditional manner of presenting design concepts. With AR, designers can deal with the shape and scale of element more easily. 2. This manner, presenting virtual manufacturing on the marker, lets participators have good human-computer interaction without operating the computer while in the discussing meeting. 3. With the application of AR on mechanical design, confirmations on the processes of mechanical design can be improved. Also a better tool is offered to review details so that the correctness of design is promoted. 4. In the processes of mechanical design, AR is applied mainly in communication. AR aids design communication by handling virtual mechanical design through markers.
