Abstract:	我國社區營造在各界的努力下，迄今已塑造不少標竿績優社區，分析社區營造成功因素並將其經驗傳承，逐漸成為社區營造領域的重要趨勢。因此，本研究針對2007年獲得國內十大經典農漁村的南投縣澀水社區進行系統性的探討與分析，主要以『環境品質』、『產業發展』、『觀光發展』等三面向為本次研究主軸，經由問卷調查結果探討澀水社區發展模式與三面向之間的關聯性；研究方法採用問卷調查獲得研究量化數據，並結合社區領導人半結構式訪談之質化結果，進一步分析澀水社區三面向單一與交互影響所產生的結果。以正向觀感滿意度與Likert五尺量表平均值分析結果而言，單一面向研究結果顯示，民眾對於環境品質的滿意度及平均值最高，主要因為社區積極維護優質環境品質並獲得具體成效；而憂心發展觀光事業會對當地環境生態帶來負面衝擊的疑慮，導致觀光發展滿意度及平均值最低。多面向交互影響分析結果說明，環境品質與產業發展之間存在合作且互助的關係；雙面向交叉分析之正向觀感滿意度與Likert五尺量表平均值高於單一面向，說明該三面向之間存在互利合作並放大之關聯性。在遊客問卷調查部分，對於澀水的環境品質滿意度與再次重遊造訪的意願呈獻正向關係。正向觀感滿意度與Likert五尺量表平均值之一致性，確認正向觀感滿意度為可信賴的分析工具。關鍵字：社區營造、環境品質、產業發展、觀光發展 Efforts in the community so far has been to shape a lot ofbenchmarking outstanding community. Diverse achievement reached promotes the sustainable development of community. Many researchers devote themselves into the study on the successful case study of community empowerment. The successful case of Shersuei community in Nantou County is systematically investigated in terms of environmental quality, economic development and tourist development. The research methodology is carried out by both questionnaire and interview. The results of single and mutual aspects of three important factors are analyzed. With regard to the positive satisfaction of single factor, the highist satisfaction is environmental quality due to the community positive maintain environment. The lowest satisfaction is tourist development due to the negatively environmental impacts resulted from tourist development. In terms of the mutual interaction between three factors, environmental quality and economic development between presence cooperation result. The satisfaction of mutual factors is generally higher than single one. It indicates community empowerment is generally regarded as a diverse organization. Tourists are impressed by environmental quality and show strong intention to visit again. Keyword: Community empowerment; Environmental quality; Economic development; Tourist development.
