    摘要: 利用高效液相層析法可將水楊酸衍生物(水楊酸、乙烯水楊酸、水楊醯胺),苯胺衍生物(乙醯胺苯酚、非那西汀),呲唑酮衍生物(氨基比林、硫比林、異丙基安替比林)等解熱性陣痛劑同時予以分離及定量。
    將欲分離溶液使用C18逆相分離管(7μm),移動相為含20%乙""月青"",5% 甲醇,0.3%醋酸和0.025%醋酸鈉之水溶液(pH 3.6)。流速起初12分鐘內每分鐘1.0毫升,然後改為每分鐘1.7毫升,在此條件下,這些解熱性陣痛劑可全部予以分離。定量時,以2-Thiobarbituric acid為內部標準物質,利用高度計算法在0.125μg~1.25μg間呈濃度和波峯高度的線性關係, 而可應用於微量分析。
    A simple and sensitive method has been established for the separation and quantifica-tion of antipyretic analgesics (salicylates, aniline derivatives, pyrazolone derivatives) by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC ).
    The sample solution was analyzed by using a high performance liquid chromatograph equipped with Lichrosorb RP-18 column (7 pm) using 20% acetonitrile, 5% methanol, 0.3% acetic acid and 0.025% sodium acetate aqueous solution(pH 3.6)as mobile phase, the now rate within 12 minutes were 1.0 ml/min and followed by 1.7 ml/min, under this condition the antipyretic analgesics studied could be separated completely. The quanti-fication by using peak height ratio method with 2-thiobarbituric acid as internal standard, the drug components ranged from 0.25 μg to 1.25 μg showed dose-response relationship and could be applied for the microanalysis.
