Abstract:	有鑑於國內旅行業的經營特性，不同於其它服務業，明顯的店招與座落於交通方便之要道等因素並不一定是旅行業最重要之因素。國內大部份的旅行業因為成本考量，常座落於大樓中的辦公室內，並不具有明顯的店招以方便顧客與同行辦認。旅行社的業務常透過網路行銷與業務人員主動外出訪客為主。旅行業如此特性常造成顧客或同行業務洽詢時找不到旅行業之位置。本研究針對台南市141家旅行社為例，按照旅行社類別分類及各家旅行業之特質，製作於可廣為流通亦具有地理資源系統特性之空間資料庫，以利顧客找尋與觀光資源後續研究使用。本研究採取不同於其它使用昂貴地理資訊系統等特殊軟體，進行觀光資源規劃，取而代之使用流通最廣也最易取得之網路工具進行研究。採用長茂CmoreMap AP 路影跡進行航跡紀錄以及與旅行業照片資訊結合，結合Google工具諸如Google earth與Google maps結合將旅行業各種資源，舉凡旅行社類型、旅行業經理人,負責人,資本額、主力產品,網頁等基本資料等結合於Google earth 與Google maps裡。本研究最後以KMZ壓縮檔與網頁方式呈現台南市旅行業之分佈。 In this research, basic documents and geographic information data of 141 travel agencies in Tainan city were merged with photos of travel agencies in Google Earth and Google Maps to develop an alternative Geographic Information System. This system was implemented either in Personal computers or mobile devices, such as IPhone,IPAD, devices embedded in Anroid system . Through those devices, User could use geographic data in Internet by Cloud Computing or personal computers.
