目的：本研究旨在瞭解大學生健康促進生活型態之現況及差異情形。方法：立意取樣抽取480位嘉南藥理科技大學日、夜間部同學，回收有效問卷429份，其中男生131位，女生296位。結果：(1)受試對象在人際支持的得分最高（M＝4.13），在運動行為的得分最低（M＝3.22）。(2)不同性別、學院、居住處及社團參與之大學生，其健康促進生活型態的感受呈現顯著差異。（3）不同年齡、日夜間部及是否打工之大學生，其健康促進生活型態的感受無顯著差異存在。結論：(1)大學生在健康促進生活型態的整體分數，介於普通與同意之間，學校在課程及活動的安排，應加強認知、健康責任及習慣的建立。(2)本研究之結果，在學院之間有顯著差異存在，亦可作為院課程安排之參考。 The main purpose of this research was to understand the characteristic and the difference on the health-promoting lifestyles of University students .The sample was 429 students , including 131 male and 296 female students. Results: (1) subjects in the interpersonal support’s score is highest (M = 4.13), exercise behavior is lowest (M = 3.22). (2)There were significant differences in the variables of gender , collegical , tenement, participation in associations on the health promotion lifestyle.(3) There were no significant differences in the variables of age, department, part-time on the health-promoting lifestyles.
Conclusions: (1) Students in the health promoting lifestyle overall score, between the ordinary and agreed, the school curriculum and the arrangements of activities should strengthen cognitive, health responsibility and build habits. (2) The results of this study, illustrate there are some significant differences between the colleges, may be used as a reference of college’s curriculum.
