Abstract:	本研究提供一簡單且快速的方法測定化妝品中甲醛的含量。本法中樣品以THF-H2O（9：1，V/V）溶液溶解之，其內所含之甲醛直接與2，4－二硝基苯肼（2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine簡稱2,4-DNPH）反應，並以逆相層析管柱分離反應之生成物，所用移動相為CH3CN：H2O（1：1）並以紫外光偵檢器（352mm）檢測之。本法再線性良好，化妝品中各成分亦不會干擾甲醛之檢測。實驗結果顯示所測試之市售化妝製品中百分之六十含有甲醛，其濃度範圍為8.5~983.5mm。
