Abstract:	鑒於國內自行車休閒活動風氣日趨風行，政府部門逐漸重視自行車休閒活動的推展，本研究回顧相關的文獻並參考國內外的自行車的案例與發展經驗，彙整國內外發展自行車的措施，並利用問卷進行瞭解，作為日後台南市推展自行車的依據。　　本研究以南區黃金海岸自行車道、安平湖濱水鳥公園及慶平路河岸公園等地點進行自行車休閒活動的民眾作為研究樣本，並採用便利抽樣的方式進行抽樣，將問卷構面分為個人基本變項、車道環境、推廣措施及改善措施等四構面，資料蒐集之後利用敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等研究統計方法進行資料分析。　　研究結果顯示，受訪者對於車道環境有顯著差異；受訪者對於推廣配套僅有「自行車休閒習慣」未達顯著差異；受訪者對於改善措施有顯著差異。本研究旨在從民眾態度分析來發現市府單位尚需改善的問題，並提供給市府相關單位做為推廣台南市休閒活動的建議。　Bicycle leisure activities is increasingly popular in Taiwan , and Government are also increasingly to promoting leisure activities of cycling. This reaserch review the related literature and refer to foreign cases and development experience,and using the questionnaire asked the citizen of Tainan to understand the current lack of development of leisure cycling and develop cycling leisure program for Tainan . 　　This research aims the development of leisure activities,Tainan .Using　 conventience sampling to using bike for leisure of people by questionnaires in Gold Coast Bicycle Lane , Anping Lakeside Water Bird Park and Cingping Riverside Park . After using SPSS 12.0 to processing the data with descriptive statistics analysis, T-test and one-way ANOVA. 　　The result of study is found : With different gender , age , education degree , residentce , cycling leisure habits , cycling activity companion showed the significant difference in cycling environment,promotion measure,improvement measure. 　　This study aimed to discover form the public attitude of Tainan government needs improvement,and provide relevant units to the city government as recommendations to promote leisure activities in Tainan.
